Well I finally had time to sit down and make a Halloween card now that my scrapbook room revamp is complete!!

The base card size I used is 5.25″ x 5.25″. The DSP paper used was Ghostly Greeting and Kiwi Kiss was the green card stock, both are retired from Stampin Up.

Here are links to the rest of the supplies used to make this card:

One more Halloween Card to post this week.  I could not resist using some non-stampin’ up stamps I found in my stash, and a spellbinders template that I embossed in Black.  Glad it is Wednesday and hope to have the Christmas class album done by the weekend!

Halloween Gift Card holders

Standard

Well it took me long enough to get these gift card holders posted!  On Friday morning my husband found a 6 month old Golden Retriever on our road running around and almost getting hit by several cars.  The dog followed him down the driveway and he was mine for several days.  He was as sweet as can be and well groomed.   I put signs out etc, but no one ever claimed him.  My dogs were not going to share the house so I had the Golden Retriever Rescue pick him up and they will find him a good home.  So now I have some time to play and post.  I created these two gift card holders from the Petite Pocket die.  A credit card or gift card fits perfectly inside as shown in the picture.

Stamp Sets:  Wicked Cool, Others from my stash

Paper:  Frightful Sight DSP,  Whisper White, Old Olive, Basic Black

Accessories:  Lots of Tags Die, Big Z XL Petite Pocket Die, Ranger Distressed Vintage Photo Ink, 2 3/8″ Scallop Circle Punch, 2″ Scallop Circle Punch, Extra-Large Oval Punch, 1 3/4″ Circle Punch, Dimensionals

Boo! Halloween Card

Standard

I am posting this Halloween Card I made the other day again because I accidently deleted the last post during my ongoing process of learning how to use WordPress!   Today and I showing  really simple to make card using Frightful Sight DSP paper.  I started by cutting all my layers and inking (or dusting as Joanne would say)  all the edges.

As you can see on the top I used the scalloped trim border punch on a black strip and placed it over a strip of polka dot DSP.  I used dimensionals under the squares of dusty durango paper, and again under the white squares stamped with the images.

At the bottom I layered two different ribbons and then attached a separate bow to add some pop to the card!  Sorry I have not posted the gift card holders, I have been so busy!  I hope to post tonight.  Have a great day!
